Who are we?
Lab 23 is a dynamic and innovative Engineering and Technical Advisory service company focused on the energy industry. We are a product of a merger between Mercury Priveq Sdn Bhd and Ola Gas Sdn Bhd, 2 boutique firms specializing in project management, engineering and contract management.

As our aim to solve the energy sectors most exciting challenges, we use existing intimate knowledge of the energy sector by offering tailored services which are focused on creating added value for our clients by ensuring optimized design, operability and reliability from the start of Concept Select all the way through the Asset Life Cycle.
What Do We Do
We are a team with the mission of supporting decision-makers through a broad spectrum of strategic and operational initiatives through the project life cycle from concept definition through to production start-up.

From strategic planning exercises or strengthening planning capabilities we can provide support from the idea stage, to help define and walk through concept definition which is critical for small and new operators.

Together with our team, improving your project design and asset performance is our top priority. We effectively manage project risks at all levels using innovative methods together with the latest technology.
